Daily Website Backups

Here’s how it works:

• We take snapshots of your site every 4 hours. 
• At the end of each day, we save a daily snapshot, and keep it for 7 days. 
• We also keep weekly backups for 4 weeks, and monthly backups for longer-term protection. 
• Once a month, we even create a physical backup of our entire network, stored securely in-house.

So whether there’s a technical hiccup, accidental content deletion, or something else unexpected—your website can be restored quickly and safely.

Domain Registration

Translation: Never Worry About Losing Your Domain Name

Your domain name (for example, www.companyname.com) is your home on the internet—and we make sure it stays yours. Cybernautic takes care of automatic renewals, and ensures your domain is always locked, loaded, and never at risk of expiring.

Standard domain registration is included with your website, along with full DNS management (described below). If you request a special or premium domain that costs more than usual, we’ll let you know the price and pass it along with no additional markup.

And not to worry — you'll always maintain ownership of your domain. Cybernautic will safely manage it for you on your behalf. 

DNS Management & Support

Translation: Faster Load Times + Extra Protection

When Cybernautic manages your DNS (the tech that tells the internet where your website and other related services live), you unlock extra performance and protection perks for your website. We've found that it's as valuable for us as it is for you, so we also offer a $50/mo. discount on your hosting package when we're able to do this. Keep an eye out for a discount called "Discounted Services - Managed DNS". 

Here’s what’s included when we manage your DNS (you’ll see these listed on your invoice as well):

• Unmetered DDoS Protection — Blocks large-scale network request attacks that try to overwhelm your website.
• Content Delivery Network (CDN) — Loads your site faster around the world by caching content closer to your visitors.
• Bot Traffic Mitigation — Filters out junk traffic from bots that slow down or misuse your site.

These services help your website run faster, stay safer, and be more resilient. Aside from hosting itself, it's one of the most valuable pieces of our website hosting and maintenance package.

Note: If you've elected to manage DNS internally or through a different vendor, you won't see the discount on your invoice. But it's always an option should you choose to take advantage of this included service.

Every website we launch includes a built-in analytics report powered by Google Looker Studio. It gives you easy-to-understand insights about your site traffic, visitor behavior, and performance—without digging through confusing dashboards.

Here’s what you get:

• A monthly report, delivered straight to your inbox on the 1st of each month
• On-demand access to your report in the Analytics tab inside Editor
• A Google Analytics 4 (GA4) account managed by Cybernautic
• The option to add your own GA4 code too (you’ve got the freedom to run your own analytics alongside ours)

So whether you're curious about traffic trends or want to see what pages are getting the most engagement, the data is right at your fingertips.

Ongoing Website Assessment

Translation: A Yearly Website Checkup (That Actually Helps)

Once a year, our web marketing team gives your site a behind-the-scenes checkup to make sure it’s performing at its best.

Here’s what we do:

• Review your meta titles and descriptions to help with basic optimization
