The easiest way to do this is to have your IT or Email provider contact us directly via support@cybernautic.com. Please ask them to copy you or a representative of your company on the ticket so the Cybernautic support team knows they are authorized to make the request. This helps us to verify the legitimacy of such requests.
We'll usually need the following information:
- What DNS records need to be updated?
- What are the new values of the DNS records?
- When do they need to be updated? (Our team works hard to respond to non-urgent related DNS update requests same day, usually within a few hours. For time-sensitive or urgent requests, please specify the urgency in the ticket content.)
