The easiest way to do this is to have your IT or Email provider contact us directly and copy you on the ticket. This helps us to verify the legitimacy of such requests. We'll usually need the following information:

  • What service is being provided?
  • What DNS records need to be updated?
  • When do they need to be updated? (Please note, for best results give us 24-48 hours notice on DNS changes so we can make sure to have someone update them in a timely fashion.)
