Most of the time if you can't receive or send emails, it's due to your settings.  

  • Check (you'll login with your email and password) to verify your settings.  
  • You can also verify your settings using our FAQ article about email settings.
  • If you're using an iPhone, there is an additional setup step required to sync your Sent, Trash, and Drafts folders. See to get information about how to do that.

It's also possible that your intended receiver has marked your email as spam for some reason. You can ask them to whitelist you.

If you're having trouble receiving, it's possible your sender has been flagged for suspicious activity. You might check with them in case they've been the victim of a lot of spam recently.
