When you purchase a domain with us or transfer a domain into our care, you still own the domain.  Should the day ever come when you want to close your business or to use another company, we will help you get that domain transferred back into your account or into the account of your new provider.

We often take control of the domains for our clients in order to provide them with the best service possible. This enables us to ensure the highest level of site "uptime" as well as to help with DNS updates that may occur as a result of our hosting services. The content on your website belongs to you. The Content Management System (Editor) belongs to Cybernautic and all of the code within does as well.
