In this article, we’re going to walk you through how to log into Editor—your website’s content management system. Whether you’re updating content or adding new pages, it all starts right here.
Getting Started
Getting into your website’s Editor only takes a moment. Follow the steps below to access your site and start making updates right away.
STEP 1: Open Your Browser & Enter Your Website URL
First, open up your preferred web browser—Chrome, Safari, Firefox, whatever you like best. Next, type in your website’s full URL in the address bar.
Example: www.yoursite.com
Then, at the end of the URL, add /backend
(forward slash) and hit enter.
Example: www.yoursite.com/backend
✅ PRO TIP: Unless your website is still in production and hasn’t launched yet, make sure you’re logging into your live website URL, not the testlink you may have used during development. Logging into your live site ensures that all updates are happening on the real, public version of your website.
STEP 2: Log In With Your Credentials
That will bring you to the Editor login screen, where you’ll enter the email and password associated with your Editor account.
Once you’ve filled in your credentials, click the “Sign In” button.
OPTIONAL: Sign In With Google or Facebook
If your account was set up using a Google or Facebook login, you’ll see those options here as well.
Just click the corresponding button and follow the prompts to log in through your preferred provider.
Forgot Your Password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, no worries. Here's how to reset your password:
- Click the “Forgot Password” link below the login form.
- You’ll be prompted to enter your email address.
- Once you do, Editor will send you a password reset link.
- Follow the instructions in that email to set a new password and regain access to your account.
Wrapping Up
And that’s it—you’re in! Now that you're logged into Editor, you’re ready to start editing pages, updating content, and managing your site like a pro.
