How to Pay an Invoice
All invoices—whether recurring, one-time, or quarterly—can be paid online:
Click the payment link in the invoice email.
Choose your payment method (credit card or ACH, where available) and follow the prompts.
If you already have a card or account on file, you likely do not need to take any action.
Recurring Service Invoices
Ongoing Service Costs
These are for your ongoing services, such as website hosting, web marketing services, feature support, or other monthly or annual packages.
Automated Billing: If you have an approved payment method on file, your recurring invoices will be charged automatically.
Monthly Notifications: You'll receive a courtesy email each month summarizing the charge, followed by a paid invoice receipt once the payment is processed.
No action is usually required unless there is an issue with your payment method.
One-Time Invoices
One-Time Design or Development Costs
These are issued for services outside your regular plan, such as:
Addendums to your website
Change requests or new features
One-off support or consulting work
How to pay:
You’ll receive an email with a link to view and pay the invoice.
Payment can be made securely through our Billing Center using any major credit card.
If you've already indicated that your payment method on file can be used for any current or future invoices, you shouldn't need to take any action.
Note: Online credit card payments for invoices over $3,000 incur a 3% convenience fee.
Quarterly Invoices
Support & Content Update Invoices
Some clients receive quarterly invoices for:
Minor content updates
Pre-approved hourly support
Miscellaneous service adjustments
If we have a payment method on file and the work was pre-approved, you'll likely be charged automatically and a digital paid receipt will be emailed once they payment has successfully processed.
Otherwise, you’ll receive a standard invoice with payment instructions.
