We integrate Cloudflare (for customers who allow us to manage DNS on their behalf) and AWS CloudFront (as needed), two of the world's leading Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), to:

• Cache your content at edge servers around the globe

• Serve your site from the location closest to your visitors

• Minimize downtime and mitigate DDoS attacks

• Improve load time and reduce latency

Managed through Editor

All of our websites are built and maintained through our content platform called Editor. This system includes smart caching, centralized control, and seamless updates, allowing us to:

• Launch new features without interrupting your live site

• Optimize performance and security

• Manage content efficiently and scale effortlessly

4-Hour Cloud Backups and Monthly On-Premises Redundancy

To ensure maximum resilience, we maintain an on-premises physical copy of our entire hosting network pulled down once per month, AND cloud-based snapshot backups updated every 4 hours. In the unlikely event of a catastrophic failure across AWS or any external network:

• We can redeploy your website into a new AWS regional datacenter in less than an hour

• As long as we manage your domain and DNS, recovery is fast, seamless, and secure

This level of redundancy is one of the key reasons why we require that Cybernautic host every website we build. It’s not about control, it’s about ensuring the integrity and performance of your online presence.
