Can I customize my website analytics report?
Yes! Every Cybernautic client receives a standard monthly analytics report, but if you’re looking for deeper insight into how people are using your website, we offer custom reporting options too.
What’s included in the standard report?
Our standard report covers key website performance metrics, including:
Session and user count
Most visited pages
Traffic sources (search, social, direct, etc.)
Device and geographic breakdowns
Basic conversion tracking (number of form submissions and phone number clicks)
It’s a solid snapshot of your website activity—but sometimes, our clients want to go further. Learn how to understand your website performance report in this article: Understanding Your Website Performance Report
What kinds of customizations are possible?
If there's a specific user behavior or interaction you'd like to track, we can tailor your report to include that data.
Examples of custom tracking include:
Clicks on a specific button or link
Downloads of a PDF or file
Engagement with interactive elements (like tabs, sliders, or galleries)
Conversion count breakdowns by source
UTM parameter charts
Etc.
Once custom tracking is in place, we can add custom tables or charts to your monthly report so you can see that data over time.
Is there an additional cost?
Custom analytics reporting is included for clients on our Comprehensive or Advanced SEO packages.
If you’re not on one of those plans, you can still request a custom report—our team will scope the request and provide a one-time cost for setup.
Want Something Custom? If you have something specific you’d like to measure, just reach out to your Website Strategist and let them know what you're looking for. The more detail you can provide, the better—especially if you’re tracking a specific goal, button, or user flow. We’ll review the request, confirm what’s possible based on your website setup, and let you know next steps. |
