Where to Find Your Website Performance Report

At Cybernautic, we make it easy to stay informed about how your website is performing. You’ll receive your Website Performance Report automatically each month. You can also access it on demand through the backend of your website anytime.


Via Email

You’ll receive your Website Performance Report on the 1st of each month from Cybernautic Web Marketing (via Looker Studio).


Each email includes:

  • A PDF download link with data from the previous calendar month
  • A direct link to view your interactive online report

On Demand

You can also access your report directly in Editor:

  1. Log in to your website Editor.
  2. Click the Graph Icon located at the top of the page.





Navigating Your Reports

Your Website Performance Report is designed to make analytics simple and accessible. You’ll find:

  1. Tabs for additional reports
  2. A date filter
  3. Helpful definitions
  4. Clear, visual data

Tabs for Additional Reports

Most websites we build will include the Website Performance Report by default. 


You may not see this report if:

  • Your site launched before 2020, or
  • You've opted out of Starter SEO services.


Depending on your services, you may also see:

Date Filter

By default, your report shows data from the previous calendar month. You can easily adjust the date range using the date filter.


Note: Changing the date on one tab automatically updates all tabs in the report.


Filter Options:

  • Fixed – Select custom start and end dates.



  • Today / Yesterday - View single-day data.
  • "This"/"Last" – Choose broader ranges like "This Month" or "Last 7 Days."


  • Advanced – Set dynamic ranges relative to specific dates.


Don’t forget to click Apply to refresh your report!


Pro Tip: To return to the default range, click Reset Dates above the date filter.


Helpful Definitions

Each standard report tab includes definitions on the left-hand side to help you better understand your website’s performance data.

Our custom analytics reports are powered by Google Analytics and designed with clarity in mind. We simplify technical data so you can quickly see what’s working and where your website is growing — no analytics background required.




Understanding Your Report

Your Website Performance Report includes tables and graphs with the following data:


User Details

  • Total Users – The total number of visitors to your website. 
  • Percentage of New Users – The percentage of users that have visited your website for the first time
  • Engagement Rate – The percentage of visitors who either: 
    1. Spent 10 seconds or more on the site
    2. Viewed 2 or more screens/pages
    3. Completed a conversion
  • Average User Duration – Average time an engaged user spends on your site.

Views Per Day

Shows how many pages were viewed each day.


Website Sources

See where your visitors are coming from:

  • Organic Search – Traffic from search engines like Google.
  • Referral (Backlinks) – Traffic from links on other websites.
  • GBP (Google Business Profile) – Traffic from your Google listing.
  • Direct – Visitors who typed your URL directly or used a bookmark.
  • Unassigned – Traffic that could not be categorized.

Website Conversions

A conversion is any action on your site that delivers measurable value to your business, such as a form submission or phone call.


Your report includes graphs for:

  • Forms – Number of form submissions by source.
  • Calls – Number of website phone calls by source.

Understanding Your Users

Learn more about who’s visiting your site:

  • Where Your Users Came From – Geographic location of visitors.
  • User Devices – Breakdown of desktop, tablet, and mobile visitors.
  • What Your Users Searched – Keywords or phrases that triggered your site in Google search results.

Your Website Google Search Metrics

  • Total Search Terms – The number of unique search terms that have been used to get to your website.
  • Clicks – The amount of times visitors have clicked on your website via Google.
  • Impressions  The amount of times visitors have seen your website as a result in Google (regardless if they clicked on it).
  • Site CTR (Click-Through-Rate) – The percentage of people who saw your website on Google and clicked on it as well.
