How to Publish Reviews Page

Creating a Reviews Page

Typically, the Cybernautic team will take care of creating your Reviews Landing Page as part of your Review Generation or Review Aggregation service. However, if for any reason your team needs to create a new Reviews Landing Page or update your existing page, here's how:

Log into the Reviews Platform.
If you have multiple locations, select the location you would like to create or edit the Review Widget for from the Business Dashboard.
From the menu go, to Publish > Review Widget
Select a layout for the Review Widget and click "Preview." Once you have selected your layout, click "SAVE and continue to Step 2: Settings."

✅ Pro Tip: We recommend using the Full Page layout.
Review available settings for your selected layout and adjust as desired. Click "Preview" to view changes or click "SAVE and continue to Step 3: Design."
Review design settings and adjust as desired. Click "Preview" to view changes. Click "SAVE and continue to Step 4: Publish."
Click "Publish Review Widget" to create the widget or update an existing Review Widget.
At the bottom of the screen, click "<-->Get Embed Code."
Add the embed code to your website.

Review Page Settings

Your Review Platform includes flexible display settings so you can choose exactly how your reviews appear—what to show, how often, and how your ratings are calculated.

Display Reviews

Choose which types of reviews to show on your site:

1st & 3rd Party Reviews – shows all collected reviews.
Only 1st Party Reviews – shows only reviews gathered directly through the Review Platform.
Only 3rd Party Reviews – shows only reviews from external sites (like Google or Facebook).

Cybernautic typically selects "Only 3rd Party Reviews".

Review Sites to Display

Select which connected review sources to include, such as Google, Facebook, Yelp, and more.

Auto Display Reviews

Control whether new reviews automatically appear on your website.

Toggle Auto Display on or off for both 1st and 3rd Party Reviews.
If enabled, set the number of days after which new reviews will automatically display.

Reviews Per Page

Set how many reviews will appear per page on your reviews display.

Rating Average Calculation

Choose how your overall star rating is calculated:

All Reviews – includes every review submitted.
Approved Reviews Only – includes only reviews you’ve approved for display.

Cybernautic typically selects "Per Approved Reviews".

Design Settings

Your Review Widget helps you showcase reviews in a way that matches your brand. From the intro paragraph to colors and buttons, these settings let you control the look and feel of the widget, making it easy for visitors to engage while keeping your brand consistent.

Intro Paragraph Content

Edit the text that appears in the Review Widget for the Full Page layout.

Intro Paragraph Weight

Choose the font weight: Normal, Bold, Italic, or Bold Italic.

Intro Paragraph Font

Select from Arial, Times New Roman, or Verdana.

Intro Paragraph Font Color

Pick a color or input a Hex Code to customize the text color.

Display Feedback Button

Toggle the feedback button on or off in the Review Widget.

Display Social Share Buttons Per Review

Turn social share buttons on or off for each review displayed.

Display Links to Review Sites

Choose to show the “Leave Us a Review” area with selected review site profiles (Vertical and Full Page layouts only).

Elements Color

Select a color for design elements in the Review Widget, Tag Widget, and Review Badge.

Button Font Color

Pick or enter a Hex Code for the button font color.

Social Share Image

Upload an image to include when reviews are shared from the Review Widget.

Adding a Reviews Page to Your Site

Adding your newly created Reviews page to your website is quick and easy! Just follow the steps below.

1. Log into Editor.

2. In your sitemap, navigate to the Reviews/Testimonials page.

Note: If you don't already have a "Reviews" or "Testimonials" page, you can create a new page by clicking the plus button on the tab where you want to add your nested page. Learn more about Adding a New Page to Your Website here.

3. Click Insert, then choose Embed Code from the menu.

4. Paste the code you generated from the review platform into the box.
