How to Login to Review Platform

Getting started with the Review Platform is quick and easy! This tool gives your team the ability to monitor, request, and respond to customer reviews all in one place. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about setting up your account and logging in.


Creating an Account

Our team will handle connecting your business to the Review Platform and creating user accounts for your team.


When your account is created, you’ll receive an email prompting you to verify and activate your account. Just follow the link in the email, and you’ll be ready to log in.


Need to add another user? 


No problem! Email clientservices@cybernautic.com with the new team member’s first and last name and their email address, and we’ll get them set up quickly.




Logging In

To log in to the Review Platform, go to https://cybernautic.reviewability.com/login, and enter your email address and password to access your account.



Forgot your password? Simply click “Forgot Password?”, enter your email address, and you’ll receive a reset link by email.
