Submit a Ticket
Submitting a support ticket is easy! Just click the "Submit a Ticket" button in the top right navigation bar to get started. You'll find yourself on a page that looks like this:
Fill in the details of the issue you're experiencing or change request with as much detail as you can provide. A good rule of thumb includes:
- Include the URL to the page where you're having an issue.
- Include details about what browser and device type you are using.
- Include one or more screenshots if possible.
Create a Support Center Account
If you do not have an account with our support center, all ticket replies will be handled via email. This works great for most people, but when you want to have a closer eye on a ticket, or you have multiple tickets open at the same time, a user account makes it a little easier to manage.
You're also able to see and manage all previously submitted tickets in one view as well, keeping everything organized in one place.
