Viewing Files Attached to Form Notification Emails

Modified on Fri, 10 Oct at 2:48 PM

You Must Be Logged Into the CMS, Editor

For security reasons, files submitted through your website’s forms are protected and only accessible to logged-in users of your CMS, Editor.

If you receive a form notification email that includes file attachments or image links, you’ll need to log in to your CMS before viewing or downloading those files.

Once you’re logged in, you can click the file link in the email to access and download the file. If you’re not logged in, the link will not open or display the file.

File Protection and Access

These files are stored securely within a dedicated folder in Editor's File Manager to protect sensitive information. This means the files won't be indexed by search engines or found in a search result.

Because of this, you cannot forward the email to someone who does not have CMS access—they will not be able to view or download the attached files.
